Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Nano Peptide Labs LLC, trading as Nano Peptide Labs.
What you are certifying
All materials sold here are supplied for laboratory and scientific research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption.
By placing an order you certify that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified professional or are purchasing on behalf of an organisation able to handle research materials safely and lawfully, and that you will not give the materials to a human or an animal, resell them for such use, or incorporate them into food, cosmetics, devices or pharmaceuticals.
You are responsible for handling, storage and disposal in line with the rules that apply where you are.
No guidance on use
Nano Peptide Labs does not provide dosing, administration, or application recommendations, and we do not respond to requests for them. Our documentation describes what a material is and what it was measured to be, not what to do with it.
Orders, pricing and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order has shipped. We may decline any order.
Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude any tax and delivery charges, which are shown separately before you pay. We correct pricing errors, and where a price is wrong we will tell you before charging you.
Payment
We accept Zelle and Venmo. Both are bank or wallet transfers confirmed before an order ships; we do not take card payments at this time.
**What appears on your statement.** A Zelle payment shows as **Nano Peptide Labs LLC**. A Venmo payment shows as **Diosiris Geraldo**, which is the name on the account that receives it. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before your bank — we can identify any payment against your order number, and we would rather resolve it directly.
Delivery and risk
Delivery terms, carriers and timings are in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Our refund and return policy forms part of these terms.
Restrictions
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and cannot accept an order for delivery outside the US.
You are responsible for knowing and following any rule that applies where you are. Where a material is restricted in your state or locality, it is your responsibility not to order it.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images, certificates as presented, and the design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
Materials are supplied for laboratory research use only, and are described by the documentation published for the lot you receive. Beyond what that documentation states and what these terms require, they are supplied as is, without any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for loss arising from any use of a material other than the laboratory research use it was sold for.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your use, handling, storage, disposal or onward supply of a material in breach of these terms — in particular any administration to a human or an animal, which these terms prohibit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida. Arbitration is not required.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
