Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Time on a business day are usually dispatched the same day or the next. Our stated processing time is 3 to 5 business days, which is the window we commit to rather than the speed we normally work at.

A Zelle or Venmo order does not ship until the transfer is confirmed, so the clock starts when the money arrives rather than when the order is placed.

Order cut-off

2:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off, at a weekend, or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot accept an order for delivery outside the US.

Delivery times and carriers

We ship by UPS Ground.

UPS publishes a transit time of 1 to 5 business days for Ground within the contiguous United States, depending on distance. That is the carrier's estimate rather than a guarantee, and it does not include our own dispatch time above.

What delivery costs

A flat $13.00 for every order, anywhere in the United States.

**Orders of $300 or more ship free.** There is no weight banding; the only rate that changes is the threshold.

Packing and handling

Orders are shipped sealed. Lyophilised material is stable at ambient temperature for the transit times we ship within.

An order placed after the Friday cut-off is dispatched on the following business day rather than sitting with a carrier over a weekend.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships, and it is shown on your order in your account.
